🦊Alpha Rush: You may have received an airdrop of "Pixel Pepes" from Ordinals in your wallet
Looking for some great alphas to enjoy with your Sunday morning coffee?
🔮 Blur:
Blur's airdrop campaign has been highly successful, with an average payout of $4000 per participant, and the company has already announced plans for another upcoming drop.
As a result of this strategy, Blur has gained a staggering amount of volume, establishing itself as the industry leader with over 50% of the total trading volume, a significant lead over its closest competitor Opensea.
This impressive achievement showcases the power of a well-executed airdrop campaign in driving growth and success in the NFT marketplace.
📊 Market Share:
• Blur: 51.5%
• Opensea: 32.1%
Despite Opensea's efforts to retain users by offering 0% fees, these measures have yet to produce significant results.
This situation highlights the effectiveness of airdrops as a powerful marketing strategy in attracting high trading volumes. Blur's approach has propelled it to the forefront of the NFT marketplace.
🔮 ConsenSys zkEVM:
Many of you might have received the "ConsenSys zkEVM private beta endpoints are now live." mail by now.
Testing this zkEVM might increase the chances of securing Metmask or Infura's MASK or INFURA airdrops respectively.
I have made a guide covering the testnet step by step:
🔮 LayerZero:
On Feb 21, LayerZero introduced a testnet bridge that enables developers and users to get Goerli-ETH quickly by bridging mainnet ETH to GETH.
As of now, the price per GETH is 0.2$.
If you need huge amounts of GETH, you can try it out here: https://testnetbridge.com/
The product is mainly directed toward the developer community.
🔮 zkSync:
The zkSync Era Testnet is live, and I covered it recently also involving 3 early-stage projects built on it. You can try it out here.

New layer2 by Coinbase: Coinbase launches its own Ethereum layer 2 named "Base"
It utilizes Ethereum's foundational security and allows for seamless on-ramping from Coinbase, Ethereum L1, and other compatible chains.
A percentage of the transaction fee from coinbase's new layer "Base" will be paid to "Optimism Collective".
🔮 Ordinals:
If you made any transactions using your Ordinals wallet, you might have received the "Pixel Pepes" airdrop in your wallet.
The airdrop was distributed on block 777888, & the total supply is 1563.
I posted the Bitcoin Ordinals thread on Feb 15, Congrats if you joined in!
🔮 Sushi:
The decentralized swap and liquidity platform, recently unveiled "Furo", a novel decentralized payments streaming platform that enables any DAO to streamline their contributor payments and token vesting schedule in an automated manner. Furo is open source and built modularly, facilitating easy customization of the DApp to fit existing DAO tooling. Furthermore, Furo is fully integrated with the Sushi product suite, beginning with Bentobox and the MISO token launch platform, allowing anyone to establish a new token community and fund it with liquidity to incentivize contributors.
